The Nitty Gritty:
- Experience Required: 1 years in restaurant management, particularly in quick-service restaurants.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Skills/Competencies: Exceptional customer service, solid training skills, proven management expertise, strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, adaptability, and high integrity.
- Work Conditions: Must be able to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume environment. Ability to work in various temperature ranges, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
