Job Description
About the role…
You will be responsible for day to day running of a Business Continuity site, serving multiple multinational clients. Your duties will include face to face meetings with customer staff as well providing technical support to the onsite team during business continuity rehearsals and invocations. You will also be expected to provide out hours cover on a 1 in 3 basis.
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Intel/Windows desktop support including use of Symantec Ghost
- Some knowledge of Networks, Switches & Routers
- Some knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Exposure to voice and data communications
- Proven fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to participate in out of hours call out rota
- Ability to work under own initiative
