Position Responsibilities Include
- Understanding security best practices, administration, and governance of Identity and Access Management of the products and services, including identifying and evaluating security gaps.
- Responsible for analyzing and documenting functional & non-functional requirements for customer IAM domains.
- Understand the requirement of the business and have technology acumen.
- Recommend improvements, corrections, and remediation for projects or internal processes.
- Maintain active and direct interaction with key stakeholders.
- Working with various technical teams to ensure we maintain a high availability and uninterrupted outage of our production environment.
- 6 years of experience in Information Technology; 2 years supporting IAM.
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and the latest trends in the IAM space
- Ability to architect user-centric solutions and streamline complex IAM challenges at scale
- Proficiency in the use of standard identity and access management tools and technologies
- Familiarity with cutting-edge tools used in cloud and SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector regulatory landscape, which demands specific controls on IAM space.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Understanding of design quality standards
- Understanding of product model
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with large teams and collaborate and communicate.
- Applied experience using Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD pipeline, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrable ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, AD, MFA, SSO, IGA tools, PAM and AWS
- Extensive working knowledge in the integration of applications and business services with IAM and CIAM Solutions, user account provisioning in a broad range of IT systems (working with role-based access controls and configuring roles (provisioning and de-provisioning), Active Directory, MFA, SSO, SailPoint, Ping, Azure, and AWS
- Well-versed in Federation, SAML, OpenID, OAuth, and other industry-standard authentication/authorization solutions
- Ability to work and adjust to changing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. Able to present technical ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Ping Identity a plus
- Experience working in a large healthcare environment.
