81E - Admin - Account Manager

Job Description: The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing goods, executing programs, and achieving revenue and gross margin goals. The custom team focuses on project-specific orders and works with multiple customers across different department with various delivery dates. The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a book of business and taking lead on all key client requests. The Account Manager reports to the Business Manager.   Job Responsibilities: Point-of-contact between client and 81Eighty team, delivering a high level of customer service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction Lead client facing calls and in-person meetings, traveling as needed Manages custom project requests from assigned accounts Ability to source and quote projects to meet the clients requirements Ensure accurate and timely execution of projects from initial request to delivery of products with 81Eighty team Achieves annual or project-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins Tracks routine sales reporting for clients and custom business Seeks new opportunities within current client base to grow their custom spend Partners with manager to plan annual sales budgets   Qualifications: 3 years of account management experience 3 years in the promotional products industry Proven ability to create strong client relationships, problem solve, and think strategically Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/assignments Communicate clearly and effectively, detail oriented, and organized Positive and driven team player with a can-do attitude The job location will be in Frisco, TX Hybrid working environment
