~ BILINGUAL RECRUITER/OFFICE MANAGER (English & Spanish) ~

Dallas Maids is an award-winning house cleaning company adding happiness to families’ lives by removing the chore of cleaning. We are seeking a Rockstar recruiter who can also do basic office managing tasks with proven work experience.
This is a hybrid role where your primary task will be recruiting and HR for two maid services while having a secondary role of customer service and employee management when needed.
We seek team members who will grow with the company long term. So, a big plus if you have been employed for an extended period of time at your previous places of employment.
If hired, you will receive two weeks vacation annually after 6 months of employment and three weeks after 5 years of employment, monthly profit-sharing bonuses, and an opportunity to grow with one of the largest professional residential cleaning services in Dallas.

REQUIRED
- Bilingual – fluent in Spanish with native English
- Positive energy – An upbeat, can-do attitude
- Proven work history – Must have 3 years of experience
* Experience in the cleaning industry a plus, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting/HR
- Posting jobs on a plethora of mediums such as online job sites, TV, newspapers, etc.
- Conducting phone interviews with the goal of finding any reason NOT to hire the candidate.
- Scheduling in-office or zoom interviews with yourself and management staff.
- Having promising candidates take a psychological-based survey to determine compatibility with the job.
- Performing background investigations such as criminal background checks and reference checks
- Set up "Auditions" where the job candidate is not yet hired but will work for a days' pay with field trainers to determine if applicant performs up to our standards.
- Onboarding new hires by reviewing and then signing required paper work (Employee agreement, W-4, I-9), reviewing the Team Member Handbook, inputting their information into our scheduling system, train new hire on how to use our work app.
- Training - Set up in-field training (3 days to 5 days) followed by performance evaluations.
- Inspecting job sights followed by performance evaluations.
- Organize special company events such as bar-b-ques, birthdays, etc.
- Resolve employee's concerns and issues.
- Conduct exit interviews for voluntary terminations.
Office Manager
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Aggressively follow up customers’ leads via email and phone
- Scheduling cleaning service appointments
- Returning all customer calls and emails within an hour
- Billing customers and attentively pursuing accounting outstanding
- Completing/closing jobs
- Trouble shooting issues occurring in-field
- Inventory/Purchasing supplies

HOURS
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and occasionally on call Saturday.
