REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYGRAPH - NO REMOTE WORK, MUST WORK ONSITE
Experience and Qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience
Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing or contributing to developing/managing SharePoint
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in the analytic employment of IC query tools and knowledge management platforms.
Initiative to work independently with minimal guidance to identify requirements, complete essential tasks, and represent the client's interest to a larger enterprise.
Thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, keep accurate and up-to-date administrative records and project and maintain active training records.
Experience working as a knowledge manager to develop, implement, and manage strategic communication and organizational documentation/content
Experience with writing and editing, including tailoring technical content to different audiences
Desired Qualifications:
General understanding of database fundamentals (relational and no-SQL databases) and cloud computing.
Basic experience with basic data science tools and fundamentals.
Knowledge Manager certification and/or a knowledge management repository
Understand the customers' workflows and prioritize requirements.
Familiarity with using collaboration software (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to organize, manage, and document project work in conjunction with disparate teams and tasks.
