Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
Responsibility
- Internal system support – CRM, SAP, Aflow, Campfire.
- Customer portal support for customer updates and prototype orders.
- Market analysis for customers and products.
- Support for Approval Level Decks.
- Plant liaison.
- Selected House account responsibility.
Basic requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical background preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and IT skills.
- Good MS office 365 skills, Excel essential.
