What you’ll do

  • Lead Logistics & warehouse CAPA investigations together with QA & Supplier quality, manage customer complaint cases, Support internal and customer quality audits.
  • Train & Coach warehouse operations teams on any quality related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations.
    Develop and maintain quality and deviation management processes and Work instructions
  • Be the focal point of managing customer complaint cases and manage overall warehouse and logistics case management
  • Recommend improvements to existing processes through Lean / Six Sigma methodology
  • Manage the inventory process in the warehouse, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping process and other inventory related processes. Report out on and track ageing inventory

Who you are

  • Min 5 years experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supplier quality environment.
  • Experience in managing inventory related processes like cycle counting, annual physical inventory
  • Proficient with excel and other analytical tools
  • Undergraduate Degree/bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
  • Customer focussed person and ability to multitask
  • Effective problem solving, root causing analytical skills
  • Effective communicator and working in a global team environment
