Job Summary:
The Scientist I position supports activities related to the optimization of existing products/processes and implementation of new product launches and process changes to support existing products. This position also supports the process of exploring and evaluating project feasibility with an emphasis on technology requirements, facility compatibility, and compliance issues.
Responsibilities:
BS/MS degree in a scientific field is required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in GMP biologics manufacturing
Experience in process development and validation preferred

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Perform studies under instruction, executing experiments, and data analysis to support GMP investigations, manufacturing change controls and to reduce reoccurring deviations
- Assist in technology transfer from process development to GMP for new product and process introductions, and for modifications of existing processes
- Contribute to standard operating procedures, production records, and training materials for new processes, materials, and equipment
- Conduct activities related to the development of new processes, evaluating process cost, quality, and capability alternatives
- Function as a technical role model and resource/consultant to other departments, including manufacturing and facilities
- Support full equipment life cycle, including research, user requirement specifications, development, qualification, and technical support for manufacturing equipment
- Perform research and development activities relating to process scale-up and scale-out
- Work collaboratively with Aldevrons’ clients to develop and improve production processes in a professional demeaner
