The Talent Development Program Manager is an integral part of Danaher's Talent Development Team. The Talent Development Program Manager will have responsibility for managing and enabling the Operations Leadership (OLP) and STEM iDEAS Rotational Development programmatic experience. This role will partner closely with Operations and Technical Business leaders, Human Resource leaders, Hiring Managers and Program Associates to ensure programmatic experiences and milestones are met and talent pipelines are fulfilled.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop standard work and supporting documents for Rotational Programs in partnership with all stakeholders

Partner and collaborate with Operations and STEM leaders to ensure an understanding of the talent needs

Ensure programmatic journey, milestones and experiences align to needs of the business

Serve as a coach, resource and advisor to Program Associates leading up to, during and post their programmatic journey. With the goal being to ensure a positive Associate experience and foster a high level of engagement

Develop, implement, and manage a program metrics and key performance indicator, highlighting successes and opportunities

Act as a champion for early career talent by appropriately and partnering with University Recruitment in support of the attraction and conversion of talent into the programmatic pipeline.

Model a continuous improvement mindset by challenging the status quo, encouraging innovation, and ensuring an inclusive programmatic experience for all Associates.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, intellectually curious and have a strong work ethic. The individual should be a strategic and inclusive thinker and a self-starter who has the bandwidth to function as both a though leader and executor.

Bachelor's Degree required

3 years of Program Management, HR Business Partner, or related experience

5 years Professional work experience, ideally in a Corporate environment

he salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 90,000 to 115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
