Job Title : Design Associate and Account Coordinator Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Coordinator with a robust design background to join our dynamic Client Development team.

This client-facing role involves supporting account management tasks, assisting with client communications, and coordinating design-related projects.

Key Responsibilities : Client Support : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring an elevated level of client satisfaction.
Project Coordination : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and accurately.
Design Collaboration : Work closely with the design team to understand client needs, review design concepts, and provide feedback.
In-Person Engagements : Attend client meetings and presentations, bringing design samples and materials as needed to facilitate discussions and decisions.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, project details, and other information. Reporting : Prepare data and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for internal and client meetings.
Administrative Tasks : Manage scheduling, handle correspondence, and perform other administrative duties as required. Utilize our Zoho CRM for opportunity entry and project tracking.
Qualifications : (Preferred) Education : associate or bachelor's degree in interior design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Or Assocaites degree in Design. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in interior design, account management, customer service, or a related role.
Experience in a design-related environment is preferred. Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes : Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic and motivated with a willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Skills : Familiar with design software such as CAD, Revit, CET is a plus.
