Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Dane County Title is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist our escrow department to complete real estate transactions. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with the ability to multi-task, work with a team and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
Assist the Escrow department and customers with clerical tasks necessary to complete real estate transactions
Receptionist duties that include assisting customers who come into the office, answering phones, and managing team inboxes
·Process and distribute mail and overnight packages to appropriate parties
·Assist in distribution of funds in the form of wire transfers and checks
Job Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service, organization, and analytical skills
· A proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Experience with Microsoft software Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
