Limited Term Employees (LTEs) are limited to 1,200 hours in a payroll year and are not guaranteed any hours per week.Employee Relations is currently looking to fill two LTE positions to perform scanning of confidential payroll and personnel files. Work hours will be between 7:45 am to 4:30 pm. working a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. These positions will be required to be at the office location, no hybrid work will be available.This posting will remain open until the needs have been met.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIESPrepare documents: remove staples, clips and bindings; scan documents and ensure they are properly filed and easily accessible; operate scanning equipment, adjust settings as necessary; ensure that each scanned document is accurate and legible; save documents with proper naming to the file; other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be detail oriented, accurate, proficient with computers and have good organizational skills.
