Danfoss Drives in Loves Park is seeking a passionate and motivated HR Coordinator
The purpose of the the HR Coordinator role is to provide tactical, day-to-day, process oriented support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment, employment, HRIS, employee/personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, position evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, mobility and training delivery. This role is within the HR Operations department supporting HR and HR Operations stakeholders. Delivering support in the execution of HR processes/tools and ensuring proper follow-up and solutions to tactical HR tasks in the supporting locations/regions.
Job Responsibilities
- Support HR to ensure the quality/quantity of employee records and information, set up training programs in Cornerstone and effectively manage processes, work with employees on self-service issues (as needed).
- Effectively support the communication with employees (at all levels) to inform, assist and problem solve on various issues across the variety of HR process-oriented issues including payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, training.
- Effectively support the HR operations function in communicating with employees (at all levels) and ensuring proper follow-up on matters requiring it.
- Prepare and process information in support of new hire recruitment, employee transfer, employee termination, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefit administration.
- Where possible, identify improvement needs, communicate opportunities for improvement to HR leadership and effectively support their resolution on HR-related process and tactical issues.
- Support HR and hiring manager (if needed) to assist in the coordination, logistics and information gathering and data entry process in support of recruitment.
- Support HR and employee (if needed) to ensure training occurs in support of organizational and individual needs; likely in the form of coordination, data entry, or logistics to include but not limited to Cornerstone (LMS).
- Provide support for HR and employee (if needed) to ensure a successful process with mobility; support includes data entry, communication, information processing, general support, logistics and minor problem resolution.
Background & Skills
Experience working in a local or country environment where support of multiple customer groups is required.

- Ability to effectively follow-through on defined tasks with efficiency.

- Solution oriented with a focus on follow-through, follow-up and completion of tasks.
