Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Client Advocate/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. In addition, the individual will be responsible for administrative support to the team. Over time this role has tremendous growth opportunity for the right candidate!
Duties:
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in project management and follow-ups with clients
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide administrative support for the team as needed
Experience/Skills:
- Previous office support experience
- Proficiency in computer literacy and basic office software (Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.)
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
- Attention to detail is a must
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and project management
- Familiarity with various tax compliance forms is a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
