How will you contribute:
The Marketing Intern will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to achieve the company’s business objectives. This role involves a combination of administrative, creative, and analytical tasks.
- Supports company efforts to improve brand consistency and awareness.
- Brainstorms fresh advertising and improvement ideas with leadership.
- Designs and creates marketing materials for company proposals and presentations.
- Maintains and updates the company website and provides recommendations on changes and updates.
- Monitors and manages company social media platforms and business pages. Keep fresh and support the company culture and marketing strategies.
- Creates and publishes marketing materials for all digital and print content, ads, and images.
- Create marketing documents for career fairs, social media, networking events, and PR.
- Orders and maintains marketing/promotional items. (career fairs)
- Visits job sites to capture images of employees in action to be used in marketing materials and/or social media updates.
- Takes photos of projects (before, during, and after) for marketing use.
- Coordinate project completion video and final photos upon request.
- Prepare and submit award entry/project recognition projects.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Stay informed about industry news and emerging marketing trends.
- Measuring customer satisfaction with services.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts.
- Use analytic tools to track website traffic and user behaviors.
- Assist in creating and maintaining analytics for job data.
- Create and maintain digital materials library (digital photos, advertisements, press releases, reprints, and presentation templates).
- Assists in creating and maintaining company apparel store bi-annually for employees to purchase attire under direction of HR Manager.
- Publishes and distributes Employee Quarterly Newsletter.
- Assist in coordinating company events.

Daniels Construction is looking for a part-time (15-20 per week) intern.
Candidates should have the ability to multitask and perform several projects at one time, have an effective communication style, and the ability to collaborate with team members and customers. Attention to detail will be crucial in this role.
