Daniels Health is on the search for natural leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency, which is why we've opened the doors for a Quality Improvement Manager to join our national support team. This role will encompass a national focus on facilitating cost savings and continuous business improvement, especially in systems and processes relating to service excellence, productivity, quality, safety and environmental compliance.

What you will do
Analyze processes including partnering with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities, present ideas, make recommendations, and implement changes to further business goals
Management of specific projects as directed by Senior Leadership
Coordinate internal communication forums for field-based and office-based employees
Contribute to operational efficiencies in order to reduce cost
Liaison between local plant team and support office personnel
Post-acquisition implementation and training of Daniels Health procedures
Implement, train, manage and enforce health and safety systems, policies and procedures
Producing regular reporting to key internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile
5 years of experience in a leadership position
Experience in Manufacturing, Waste management or Service industries is preferred but not required
Proven success in root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and change management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and targets
Excellent project management skills
Flexible and adaptive approach to change
Team player who can build partnerships in cross functional teams
Experience creating SOP’s and training materials
