The Rental Clerk will assist in running the department and participating in various aspects of the position. This will include the handling of Rental agreements, Inspection of any and all rentals, scheduling, and additional tasks such as cleaning vehicles and additional tasks pertaining to growing the position and department accordingly.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in retail sales and using CRM system
- Strong mathematical abilities for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide product demonstrations
- Multilingual skills and experience are a plus
- Previous experience in upselling, merchandising, and appliance sales is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Spanish being a bonus
- Experience in Retail or Automotive Industry preferred but not necessary
