What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Darigold, Inc.?
Darigold is seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our plant in Spokane, WA. The Production Worker must possess the desire and ability to contribute to the success of the facility. As a member of the Operations team, the Production Worker will work with others to achieve team goals and work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and good attendance is a must. This position is a union position. We offer our employees a team oriented work environment, competitive salary, and an excellent benefit package.
Experience:
- Experience working in a Food Processing/Production Environment is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail, must be able to complete multiple and repetitive tasks, must be committed to accuracy and quality.
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Work with others to achieve team goals.
- Flexibility in hours worked
- Must maintain high attendance standards and be trusted with a high level of responsibility.
- Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
