Project Manager

Description

Dasmen Residential is seeking to hire a full-time Project Manager in a property management company oversees various initiatives related to property development, maintenance, and improvement. This candidate must be willing to travel.

• Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for property-related initiatives such as renovations, construction projects, or landscaping improvements
• Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Communication: Facilitating clear and consistent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep them informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise.
• Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets company standards and regulatory requirements
• Budget Oversight: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Problem-solving: Addressing challenges and obstacles that arise during project implementation, finding solutions to keep projects on track. Overall, a Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

Qualifications:

•  Excellent communication skills are crucial for liaising with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, stakeholders, and clients. The ability to convey information clearly and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, is essential. 
•  A keen eye for detail is important for ensuring accuracy in project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. 

Experience:

• Project Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
