What will your role be?
- Creating, driving and delivering innovative, value driven HR strategy and business solutions.
- Collaborating effectively with the c-suite, business leadership and HR, building trust and credibility.
- Leading and supporting organizational development and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Merger & Acquisition team to propel corporate integration & simplification plans.
Your key success factors
- Possesses 8 years of experience within Human Resources
- Demonstrates a data driven mindset and approach
- Exhibits superior analytical abilities, strong fluency within Excel is a key competency
- Possesses experience navigating a fast paced, complex, matrixed environment
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrates well-developed organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
Note: Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $130,000 and $180,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
