- Client-facing level one technology support role for a global user-base.

- Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 10/7/XP, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, Cisco/VOIP telephony, Blackberry, Android, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.
