ABOUT THE ROLE
You are an experienced Marketing Operations Manager who will join our Revenue Operations team(comprising sales ops, marketing ops and CS ops). In this role, you will assist in managing the daily operations of the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to enable the marketing organization to hit its ambitious goals, as well as provide reporting insights into campaign success.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in optimizing and automating our systems and processes, be highly data driven, have the ability to lead key initiatives, drive and train others on best practices, and enjoy partnering across the organization. You also are able to learn a new system quickly and make recommendations for improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer Marketo and its integrations with other key platforms
- Build, maintain, and provide best practice guidance for campaign tracking and management; lead routing and attribution; external communications strategy and execution
- Implement and manage various email campaigns and lead nurture programs
- Maintain lead scoring rules and suggest improvements
- Monitor and maintain the data quality flowing into Marketo and Salesforce, filling in any data gaps
- Build and maintain a multi-touch attribution strategy that measures the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities across the entire funnel
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide key insights into campaign performance (leads, mqls, conversion rates, ROI)
- Execute ad-hoc analysis or data pulls as needed
- Responsible for email compliance in marketing, sales, and customer success teams including adherence to CASL, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA
- Provide Tier I support for operational issues as they surface; advise on changes to systems/processes to fix root causes
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience managing an enterprise Marketing Automation tool (experience with Marketo preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and creating Salesforce Lightning Dashboards
- Knowledge of B2B marketing demand funnel, programs, and key metrics that drive revenue
- Experience with Bizible a plus, but not required
- Excellent project management skills, ability to effectively organize your time and deliver on initiatives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment, and able to juggle many matters at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another
