What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Product Manager - Cloud Security Products position at Datadog?
Datadog's Cloud Security Platform provides customers with a unified view of the security posture of infrastructure to enable development and security teams to proactively discover misconfigurations, detect threats and take remediation actions all with one, integrated product, eliminating the need to integrate and analyze point solutions. This highly visible leadership role will make you responsible for defining the product's workflows, positioning, go to market and pricing. This is a greenfield opportunity which will require you to work closely with executives from different parts of Datadog to build consensus, while building the right product for your customer, and allows you to define outbound actions to enable the business to be successful.

What You'll Do:
* Evaluate the opportunity space for Cloud Security Products, and determine how to leverage our existing and new products to meet that need.
* Wear many hats, and build out the integrations that our enterprise security customers require to adopt the new product
* Align relevant stakeholders across the company to execute on strategy and drive business outcomes.
* Own the go to market (positioning, pricing, and field-facing content) that ensures your products are reaching the right audience and we deliver an actionable message that results in a business outcome.
* Motivate field, business development, marketing and sales operations teams to lead with your products and build a successful business.
* Contribute to propagating a customer-centric culture across the Product Engineering organization & provide customer/market feedback to other product managers to adjust roadmaps
Who You Are:
* At least 10 years of experience in an outbound product management role in the security industry (Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Sales)
* Strong sense of ownership: will own and measure outcomes along with sales, technical solutions, product, etc.
* Thinking from first principles equally comfortable with the big picture and with the details
* Strong verbal and written communicator.
* Experience presenting to senior stakeholders

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $234,000 - $300,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
