Role: Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients to understand their goals and challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and support to enhance customer value.
- Contract Management:
- Lead the negotiation, execution, and renewal of client contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Monitor contract compliance and performance, addressing any issues as they arise.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Engagement Strategies:
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that align with client objectives and drive satisfaction.
- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to execute enhancement initiatives based on client needs and feedback.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present reports on client engagement, satisfaction metrics, and contract performance to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to track trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with company offerings.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in customer engagement and contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years' experience in selling IT services and solutions.
- Banking and Financial Services / Insurance domain experience is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and contract management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and contract management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [Banking/ Insurance sector].
- Familiarity with contract law and compliance requirements.
- Relevant certifications in contract management or customer engagement are a plus.
