Dataiku's People Operations Team is looking for a driven People Operations Manager with experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for running people operations for the Americas and Asia Australia. You will manage one people operation generalist based in New York and one people coordinator based in Singapore.
In this role, you will:

Ensure first level of support to the employees.

Oversee new hire administration.

Process separation documentations.
-
Design and document policies and processes.
-
Manage access and accuracy of the info in our HRIS

Organize the team to ensure a minimum level of backup and continuous service

Streamline and design scalable processes.
-
Support and coach the team to make them grow in their roles.

Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
-
Work closely with cross functional teams with the People Business Partner, Total Rewards and Payroll teams.

Monitor legal and mandatory requirements in the different locations.

Handle sensitive cases and communications

Manage relationships with external counsels
You might be a good fit if you have:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HR Admin field.

A strong knowledge of local labor laws and requirements

The ability to work well independently and as a team member in a time sensitive environment.

Advanced Excel and Google sheets skills.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

The ability to work towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
