Position: Principal Architect / Consultant - ServiceNow | |||||||||
Primary Job responsibilities: | |||||||||
Design solution architecture and implement them for customers across various ServiceNow platform workflows: ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, PA, HRSD, GRC, CSM, SECURITY | |||||||||
Technical integration with SOAP or REST standards and other web services. | |||||||||
Implementations of ServiceNow Workflow Design. | |||||||||
Recognize potential and actual issues, needs and opportunities for improvement in the implementation of ITSM technologies and service management practices. | |||||||||
Manage Data Feeds and Loading data in ServiceNow | |||||||||
Manage TASK SLAs about scrubbing breach/reassignment of breached cases. | |||||||||
Work on Data Sources, Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards. | |||||||||
Work on LDAP/SSO Server configuration | |||||||||
Practice Agile/SAFe, SCRUM Methodologies | |||||||||
Content Management System, Email Notifications (Priority/ Weight concept), | |||||||||
Support business development and pre-sales activities, Respond to RFPs | |||||||||
Implement the ServiceNow best practices. | |||||||||
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: | |||||||||
BACHELOR’S DEGREE (4 YR) : B.E. / B.TECH or Equivalent | |||||||||
OR | |||||||||
MASTER’S DEGREE: MCA / MCS or Equivalent | |||||||||
MUST HAVE CERTIFICATIONS: | |||||||||
ITIL Certification | |||||||||
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator | |||||||||
Certified Implementation Specialist - (Customer Service Management) OR “Customer Service Management Professional”) OR Has extensive project experience working with CSM | |||||||||
EXPERIENCE: | |||||||||
Overall 10 years of experience in application development, management of IT projects or services out of which minimum 8 years of architecture,development, integration and testing of the ServiceNow solutions for customers across various platform workflows. | |||||||||
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Release Management. | |||||||||
Experience in ServiceNow discovery, service mapping, configuration management (CMDB), administration, Orchestration and implementation. | |||||||||
Must have sound knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design | |||||||||
Must have extensive experience working with integrations (to and from the ServiceNow-platform). | |||||||||
Experience on JavaScript, CSS, HTML | |||||||||
Experience working on ServiceNow Instance/s management (Like Manage Upgrades, Activate Plugin), implementing (IPC) process, Project Management | |||||||||
Experience working on setting up of ServiceNow reports. | |||||||||
Experience inn ServiceNow releases. | |||||||||
COMPETENCIES / ABILITIES: | |||||||||
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in general and strong facilitation and presentation experience skills specifically. | |||||||||
Comfortable in proposing solution and ability to present the same | |||||||||
Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business | |||||||||
