Responsibilities:
- Posting payments from the accounts receivable log to customer accounts in our system
- Monitoring credit card expiration dates and addressing payment failures
- Ensuring timely credit card updates to prevent disruptions
- Reconciling outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies
- Monitoring and maintaining customer payment terms
- Assisting in account adjustments and maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes
- Generating credit memos for approved adjustments and coordinating with relevant teams
- Preparing and processing manual invoices for customers
- Applying charges to customer accounts based on services incurred
- Processing employee expense reports, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance
- Managing cost of goods sold charges
- Assisting in setting up new vendor accounts and conducting credit checks
Additional office administrative tasks may be assigned as needed, such as answering phones and managing mail and orders.
