SQA Test Manager
Quality Assurance Leader who is able to influence across platforms, disciplines, including technology and business leaders and partners; Oversees ALL testing efforts, activities, tasks and deliverables for all participating testing teams for the initiative; including large transformation efforts; senior engineers, leads a team of analysts including architecting overall testing and system strategies for automation, test coverage, regulatory controls, etc.
Responsibilities:
o Manage testing throughout all test cycles/phases within an Agile delivery methodology to ensure completion of all test deliverables
o Provide consolidated test execution status for the initiative
o Act as central communication point for testing to include reporting to executive steering committees; defining overall strategies, and operating in a leadership capacity
o Escalate risks/ issues identified during testing to appropriate parties
o Communicate test condition changes to application test leads (e.g., changes to timeframes, environment changes/issues, etc. )
o Create consolidated defect reporting
o Lead cross team defect management meeting if required
o Point of contact for all testing related deliverables and activities for the initiative
o Provides consolidated view of testing execution and defects to Project / Change Managers and test organization management
o Escalation point for test related issues / concerns
o Test Management
o Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative
o Facilitate testing effort for an initiative across multiple applications
o Establish and facilitate communication between test teams
o Responsible for full end to end testing view of the initiative
o Confirm availability of test resources (people, environments, data, etc.)
o Communicate overall initiative test schedule to all appropriate parties
o Track status and completion of test deliverables across teams for the initiative
o Provide status of end to end testing efforts for all application testing
