DATTCO has a full-time Recruiter opening. This position is responsible for supporting our School Bus Division and has responsibility for recruiting school bus drivers, van drivers, monitors and other positions as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist DATTCO's School Bus Division with phone and in-person recruiting.
- Job fairs.
- Interview scheduling.
- Phone screening.
- Candidate follow up.
- Recruit at local festivals, fairs, sporting events, flea markets, etc.
- Manage incoming candidate calls.
- Candidate outreach.
- Update applicant tracking system.
Position Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Superior verbal communication skills.
- Recruiting or sales experience.
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented and customer focused.
- Proactive mentality towards problem solving.
- Adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to work with computer systems and follow specific business rules for data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Primarily Word, Excel and Outlook) and internet browsers.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements at a moment’s notice.
- Must be able to work individually and as part of a team.
