Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Embroidery and Apparel Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the apparel and embroidery industry. This role involves developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients, including sports teams, schools, corporations, and other organizations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate apparel and embroidery solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation:
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products, including fabric options, embroidery techniques, and customization capabilities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with design choices and customization options.
  • Account Management:
  • Handle multiple accounts and ensure all customer inquiries and orders are processed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Strongly prefer applicant to have existing accounts and relationships that can transfer over
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the apparel or embroidery industry.
  • Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, apparel customization, and fabric types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
