Davey Coach Sales is the nation-wide leader in van and bus sales. We have an immediate opening for a Service Advisor - Mobile Truck and CDOT in our ever growing office in Sedalia, CO. You will serve as the liaison between the Company and its customers, as well as third-party vendors. This roll will involve educating customers about necessary repairs, general maintenance, and be responsible for providing cost estimates for transactions.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with service techs, shop supervisors, other departments, and the customer, making sure that the customer's needs are always being met.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers who require mobile service.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests for mobile technicians.
- Preparing and presenting service estimates to customers, including cost breakdowns and timelines.
- Communicating with customers to understand their service needs and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Providing accurate and detailed quotes and information about available services, including repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to customers and other departments
- Assessing customer vehicles or equipment to determine the required repairs or maintenance.
- Collaborating with mobile technicians to ensure they have the necessary tools, equipment, and parts for the job.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and transactions.
- Facilitating payment processes and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mobile service technology to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Building strong customer relations ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
- Assist with CDOT duties including quote and other CDOT paperwork.
- Help facilitate repairs in the shop to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately for delivery of vehicles.
- Work closely with the technician to help facilitate repairs by ordering parts, submitting warranty claims, and/or communicating with the salesman.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of automotive servicing or repairs to vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license with good standing MVR
- Strong computer skills and internet including Microsoft office and Excel, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ambitious and Helpful attitude
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, climbing in and out of vehicles, occasional stooping and bending
- Ability to lift/ push/ pull up to 25lbs
- Working conditions are normal for a fast-paced office work environment.
