Position Summary
The ideal Traffic Safety Flagger would be dedicated to safety and have keen observation skills to monitor the flow of traffic around utility construction sites. The Flagger responsibilities include informing motorists of possible detour routes, reporting disobedient drivers to law enforcement officials, and answering motorists’ questions. The Flagger would also be the point of contact and direct emergency vehicles safely through construction zones as required. In this position you must possess excellent communication skills in order to work effectively as part of a team. Ultimately, the best Traffic Safety Flagger demonstrates sound knowledge of company, state, and federal traffic regulations and compliance.

Additional Information
The ideal candidate would be comfortable with traveling from location to location within the client’s service territory. Candidates must be comfortable working full time with a minimum of 40 - 45 hours per week. Compensation based on experience. DRG offers excellent benefits including: health, dental, vision and life insurance after 30 days of employment. Vacation Pay, Company stock and 401-K eligibility after 1 year. Continual training and development offered. Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle records screen, criminal background screen, and Social Security # verification required.
