Manage and coordinate the day to day activities of an established and busy Plumbing Contracting Company. This position requires a professional multi-tasking individual with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Must have above average competency of and experience with Quickbooks, Excel Formulas, Word, and Outlook programs. Candidate must be comfortable navigating a PC, working independently at the completion of all training, open to learning new skills inclusive of blueprint takeoffs, and be able and willing to evolve with the company as we continue to grow our technology systems and processes.
Responsibilities include:
Keeping owner informed of all activities occurring within the office including calls, emails, appointments, deliveries, requests, and ensuring all contract deadlines are met from the early proposal/bidding phase through closeout documents and job completion.
Telephone and Email Interacting with Customers/Contractors and Vendors
Data entry and collection within Excel spreadsheets
Creation of new Excel Spreadsheets and formulas to meet evolving company needs
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable Tracking
Employee Time Tracking
Contract Writing
Scheduling
Emailing/Scanning/Filing
Must be available: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm, no holidays or weekends.
