Position Info
The Spa Receptionist will meet and greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude. Check them in for services, make appointments, take payments, provide daily maintenance of the spa's lobby or reception area. Provide information to guests about available facilities and activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Explain and enforce the rules and regulations of the facility. Welcome and accommodate all guests; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Prior experience helpful
