- Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options
- Coordinate and handle guest transportation and luggage services
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize their stay to exceed their expectations
- Respond to guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging tours, and organizing special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Prefer 1 year customer service experience in hotels
- Familiarity with local area and attractions
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, good problem solving skills, judgment and reasoning
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Strong computer skills
