Marketing Specialist Position OverviewDavidson’s is looking for a Marketing Specialist to collaborate across departments and produce amazing work to communicate to our customers and prospective customers.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-oriented environment.
The Marketing Specialist Responsibilities includeWorking with the Merchandising Department and other Marketing Department team members to design catalogs and emails, as well as other marketing materials to be used in websites and at tradeshowsProducing and editing marketing materials utilizing Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopProofing marketing materials of team members to assure quality and accuracyCollaborate with members of the Sales Department and the Merchandising Department to plan and launch marketing initiativesMeet deadlines established by department headsIdeal Marketing Specialist Candidate Would PossessThe ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Marketing Team and Merchandising TeamThe ability to flexibly work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentPlanning and Organizational skillsA sample of previous work showcasing relevant skillsKnowledge of E-commerce (Email / Web) is a plusExperience within the hunting and shooting sports industry is a plusAssociate degree or higher in marketing, art, graphic design, or a related discipline4 years of progressive experience in the production of marketing materialsMastery of industry-standard softwareMulti-page catalog design and production experienceMarketing Specialist Pay & BenefitsDavidson’s is a business casual environment that offers generous benefits and compensation package.
The starting pay range for the Marketing Specialist will be $19 to $21 p / hour in addition to COMPANY-PAID Medical, Life insurance, and Family Telemedicine benefits for our full-time employees.
