Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Preferred Long Term Care experience
- Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
- Fill in for standard M-F receptionist as needed
- Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
- Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean
- Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
- Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely
Shifts and Wages:
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shifts Needed: Monday-Friday
- Wage will be discused
