Residential In-home Sales

Day & Night Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full time Residential HVAC Salesperson to deliver excellent in-home sales presentations and sell HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, have the ability to gain trust, follow-up with prospects and earn referrals.

Qualifications:

• Confident, optimistic, coachable and self-motivated
• Ability to follow a sales process.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Have excellent listening and verbal skills
• Have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to grow and nurture customer referrals
• Have a valid driver's license
• In-home sales experience a plus but not required
