The Arc Erie County is looking for a Training Development Manager!

What you’ll be doing: As our Training Development Coordinator, you will be providing leadership and support to assess and drive training/development needs across the agency.

Managing & directing a team of Training Specialists to ensure training needs are being met with various programs & managers
Ensuring regulatory & compliance training modules are completed in an effective & timely manner
Actively research, creatively design & implements measurably effective methods to educate, onboard & enhance performance
Needing to acclimate to the functionality of the agency LMS (Relias) and HRIS (Ceridian- Dayforce) systems
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree plus (5) years of applicable experience
Experience working w/ developmentally disabled individuals strongly preferred
