DaySmart Software is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Full-Cycle) to support our growing SaaS business. Positions include engineering and other technical roles (including but not limited to UI/UX developers, front-end/back-end/full stack developers, product manager, project manager, operations and infrastructure roles, QA, and cloud ops). You will act as a search expert for various functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements and identify new ideas to create cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants.
What will you will be working on:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment activities from intake interview to closing candidates, including pre-screening, interviewing, follow-up and negotiations. Track candidates in our ATS JazzHR
- Identify and expand our diverse talent bench through warm and cold sourcing, data mining, and identifying creative opportunities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and introduce DaySmart to passive candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Participate in virtual and onsite career fairs as a company representative
- Schedule and conduct interviews of potential candidates, anticipate hiring manager preferences
- Identify untapped markets and partner with hiring managers on dynamic hiring strategies
- Evaluate candidates, working with hiring teams to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Work with hiring managers to present offers and close candidates
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3 years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS/technology company
- Sourcing experience in multiple technical recruiting tools (LinkedIn; Stack/Overflow, etc)
- Proven recruiting knowledge, market knowledge and ability to change or adapt strategies
- Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed
- Ability to successfully manage multiple openings with competing deadlines and priorities
- Relationship builder, working to develop trust with candidates and hiring teams
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, with an emphasis on sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Documentation- ability to create dashboards and funnel data for hiring teams to help inform on status and develop strategies. Create and follow documented and repeatable processes (intake process, interview formats etc).
