This individual will be responsible for customer return processing, quality inventory inspections; operations of UPS/FedEx software; and other administrative functions. Schedule:
Monday - Friday 10 am to 6pm
Primary Duties:
- Sorting pick documents; laying out of orders; answering and making calls to customer service regarding items or orders.
- Prioritizing orders to accommodate shipping; communicating with traffic personnel; assisting customers with their pickups.
- Making labels; marking paperwork for order processing; closing; invoicing; and assisting with bill of ladings.
- Working closely with supervision to notify of potential problem areas or concerns.
- May be asked to assist: pulling orders; wrapping orders; order processing dock functions
- Due to requirements of job, employee must wear proper PPE including steel tips with metatarsals; warehouse attire.
- Physical pulling and packing or handling of product for customers.
- Operating warehouse equipment: picker; stacker; walkie.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work under pressured environment.
- Must be familiar with computers and/or willing to learn how to operate various computer systems (MacPac, SAP).
