- Manage account relationships for large and medium customers to ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Support annual sales and profit goals for large and medium customers
- Respond to logistical issues and questions; create innovative and profitable solutions
- Assist in product development efforts based on requirements of large and medium customers
- Determine rates and tariffs as well as establish and negotiate contracts
- Maintain relationships with other departments to ensure continual and consistent service is provided
- Strategically partner with other departments, including Sales, to ensure continual and consistent service is provided
- Partner with other sales professionals to orchestrate account sales strategyDetails/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills
- This is a sales management position.
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Generally prefer 3-5 years of related sales or management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of domestic and international cargo operations required.
- Must demonstrate working knowledge of accounting, logistics, pricing, and informational technology.
