At Hommati, we are dedicated to providing real estate agents with a low-cost, high-return real estate website and mobile marketing solution. Hommati has created a website and mobile application to provide real estate Agents the opportunity to promote their listings in a fair, noncompetitive and affordable manner. In addition, we provide Agents with high quality digital services to help sell their homes faster such as 3D Interactive Tours, Drone Aerial Videos, 2D Ultra HD 4K photography, and Virtual Staging.
The Hommati franchise in Owings, MD seeks an Agent Development Manager with experience in business development and/or real estate experience to call on real estate Agents in the area. The selected individual will be responsible for the following:
• Implement sales strategies under direction of General Manager/Owner.
• Establish knowledge of the real estate industry as it relates to company offering.
• Establish techniques for promoting the Hommati website, mobile app and all Hommati services.
• Conduct in person presentations with local Agents.
• Follow up on all leads that come in.
• Enroll Agents into the Hommati Featured Agent program.
• Sell Hommati services to Agents for their current listings.
This position will require an emphasis in sales support.

Minimum Experience Required:
• 3 years business development experience with demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong client relationship management and organizational skills are a must.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated professional.
• Creative problem solver with client-first focus.
• Strong interest in and/or experience in digital services to the real estate industry.
• Financial and business acumen to assess client needs and negotiate service contracts.
• Professional personal brand with willingness to travel locally frequently to prospect and call on clients.
• Must have prior experience and feel comfortable presenting to key client stakeholders both by phone and in person.
• Industry experience in digital media and/or the real estate industry.
Preferred Skills:
• MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• A working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong comfortability with Smartphone technology (Android, iPhone, etc.)
• The ability to effectively demonstrate product and service offerings via the use of an iPad.
