DBISP, LLC is currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate at our office in Cincinnati, OH Office.
The Inside Sales Associate function is to provide full sales cycle support to Federal/City/State and K-12/University agencies
Responsibilities
- Assist Company in meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas as set by the company by working with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Solicit new contacts, accounts, and proposals through phone and email
- Organize technical calls and meetings with prospective customers
- Build strong relationships and register opportunities with supplier partners
- Maintain an accurate and current sales forecast
- Navigate partner channels to obtain valid configurations, best pricing, and availability that exceed customer requirements
- Increase sales volume and profitability by ensuring registration or most favorable pricing are obtained on each transaction
- Generate formal sales quotes based on validated solution configurations and pricing, coupled with adherence to contractual requirements
- Provide full sales cycle support – bridge communication and data gaps between end user, contracting office, order processing, suppliers, DBISP internal departments and other stakeholders
- Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services
- Assist both internal company and external customer resources in resolving sales issues
- Responsible for processing orders and communicating delivery requirements to Purchasing Department, as requested
- Continuously improve job knowledge by participating in training courses including information technology training, supplier product training, federal contract training and sales training
- Meet corporate/departmental quality objectives
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must be US Citizen
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2 Years of Inside Sales Experience
- Experience qualifying leads and making dozens of calls per day
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operational knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Fluency with Microsoft Office software
- Regular and reliable onsite attendance is required

- 3 years of Inside Sales Experience
- 1 year of Technology Sales Experience
- 1 year of Experience with Federal Contracts

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
