Job Description:
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Dbox Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations: Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assisting in resolving employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
HR Administration: Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions and development programs for employees. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assisting in the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation.
General Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
