Hourly Rate: $15.00-$16.00
Key Responsibilities
- Core values – uphold KAT’s core values
- Task completion – complete assigned tasks safely and accurately
- Processes and procedures – follow set processes and procedures
- Execution – execute workflow plan handed down from area and loading Crew Leaders
- Work hard and work safe
- Complete work orders per set processes and procedures
- Handle and care for product according to core processes and procedures
- Complete tasks handed down from Crew Leaders
- Basic knowledge of hard goods and green goods, like trees, shrubs, etc.
- Ability to understand and complete tasks
- Positive communicator and teammate
- Ability to use tools and equipment to perform tasks
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 1-3 years working in an outdoor environment, preferable in the green industry, or related fields, landscaping, garden centers, and/or nurseries
- Health, dental, and vision insurance 1st of the month after 30 days
