Position: Account Supervisor
Location: hybrid position (flexible remote/in-person work) based in Seattle, WA
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000, DOE

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Supervisor be responsible for ensuring excellent communication (both written and verbal), able to offer smart, effective strategies and solutions for the team and clients, fostering deeper relationships with trusted client partners. This includes leading client meetings on active projects with our Seattle-based creative team, developing strategic account and business growth plans for key clients, forecasting potential new project or program opportunities, and providing strategic and project-level direction for our delivery and strategy teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads workstreams in collaboration with the Delivery/PM team and Design/Strategy team on project scoping, mid-project management and post-project recap and analysis.
- Drives development of SOWs and internal cost estimates for requested projects.
- Prioritizes new projects and tasks for team members.
- Provides strategic insight to client’s programs and makes recommendations to further program success and engagement strategies.
- Oversees execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing plans
- Actively seeks out new business opportunities – both inside existing clients as well as new client opportunities.
- Manages accounts’ financial aspects including weekly business updates and reports, forecasting analysis, and flagging potential client-issues to SVP .
- Monitors team performance, mentors, and provides expertise and guidance when needed to more junior agency staff
- Establishes regular client communication to ensure satisfaction
- Reviews Creative recommendations and contributes in all facets of the project from strategy to delivery.
- Helps develop strategic plans across a variety of disciplines.
- Works in varying roles on any given day.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years working in an agency setting – (web, digital and integrated campaign experience a plus)
- Solid account management and customer service experience
- Familiarity with budgeting and reporting
- Knowledge of online marketing and advertising
- Proficient in MS365/Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking, able to connect
- Google Drive, MS TEAMs, Slack and Asana experience a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged sitting and extensive data entry and typing

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
TRAVEL
- This position may require some travel to client meetings and events.
- This role will require in-office days ~3x days per week with remote work possible for remainder of week.
- This position is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
