DCI Job Requirement for:
Field Support Representative
Location: Ft Huachuca, AZ
Job Description:
Serve as an FSR Analyst supporting the Army
Work on the front lines to assist implementation teams with software deployment
Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
Ensure critical deployment insights are shared with team members
Solve unique and challenging problems
Help facilitate collaboration across Army’s global enterprise
Provide desk-side training to analysts
Assist with curriculum development
- Provide onsite support to Army instructors tasked with developing platform-specific curriculum
- Deliver formal training to analysts in a classroom setting
Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
Staff the Help Desk
- Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
Build strong relationships with a variety of onsite Army stakeholders
Answer questions from senior leaders
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst
- All-Source intelligence experience preferred
Prior experience with Gotham (required)
- Gaia or Foundry experience is a plus
Experience conducting user training in formal and informal settings
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts
Military experience preferred
Familiarity with DCGS-A preferred
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
