What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at DCOMM, INC?
DCOMM is seeking an Administrative Assistant who can support the local operations and initiatives! As the Admin you would be the face of our Missourri location. You will serve as the first point of contact for applicants and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will also act as a liaison between managers, trainees and technicians, while fulfilling any additional work-related job duties assigned by management.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour for lunch.
Additional Duties as Follows:
- Reporting requirements for both local & corporate needs
- Running background checks for new hires
- Requesting Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Scheduling Drug Screening
- Greet guests and inform leadership of visitors
- Answer inbound calls and route calls appropriately
- Answer questions pertaining to on-boarding of new employees
- Schedule meetings and interviews
- Work with Human Resources and Crimshield to obtain badges for new hire
- Facilitate cross-functional communications with internal departments and service partners (sub-contractor)
- Maintain records and documents in accordance with company (Client & DCOMM) policies and procedures
- Data entry into DCOMM specific software
- Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable
-Understands and follows company policy
- Print route sheets for field technicians and put in employee’s folder
- Work with Accounting on billing and coding for technicians pay via “Cable Trak”
- Get all time cards signed and track check distribution issued to each employee
- Verify and modify any office personnel time cards and report to leadership and employee via email on any modifications made to time card.
- Scan and file any policy or procedure documents signed into the employee specific folders.
- Performs other duties as requested by management
